This earthen dam with a clay core is located in East Azerbaijan Province, 16 kilometers from Bostan Abad. The height of this dam is 38 meters and it was designed and supervised for the East Azerbaijan Regional Water Company with the aim of regulating and harvesting the flood flow of the Asbabad Chai River for use in agriculture.
